Starscream [shattered glass] - Unquestionably one of Soundwave's favorite people in several different ways. He's 100% loyal to Starscream, completely his friend, completely devoted, and adores him utterly. Easily one of Starscream's best friends. He would honestly do anything for him, and most of all wishes he could get him to relax and be happy. When it comes to Starscream, Soundwave bears no secrets. He also finds immense enjoyment in teasing the hell out of Starscream and harmlessly pranking him.

Megatron [shattered glass] - Also one of Soundwave's favorite people and one of his best friends. He's on the same level of respect he has for Starscream, and he is utterly respectable and likable. For Soundwave, Megatron is someone he can confide in if he needs to; although Megatron is young, Soundwave is younger, and looks up to him. He also sort of wishes Megatron would just date Starscream already.

Bumblebee [tf: 2007] - An excellent friend and someone that Soundwave is feeling comfortable with very quickly and easily despite acknowledging what his faction is. Bumblebee is a cool dude, trustworthy, easy to get along with, and adorable in a lot of ways, although the last part is hardly something he'll easily share. They're total bros and Soundwave may have a small crush harboring that he isn't very willing to acknowledge.

Mikaela [tf: 2007] - Awesome little fleshy dudette! She's a sweetheart, and despite the fact that she isn't machine? Total heartthrob. Very likable. Soundwave enjoys speaking to her a lot, and is completely okay with her working on his engine.

Ironhide [tf: 2007] - Rough and tumble kind of Autobot. Gruff, but likable. Very unlike the Ironhide he's met on the battlefield. Soundwave feels sort of guilty since Ironhide had challenged his world's Optimus Prime.

Ratchet [tf: 2007] - Nice medibot, has done Soundwave a few favors. NOTHING LIKE the one from Soundwave's world, thankfully!

"Rod" [shattered glass] - Originally Rodimus of Soundwave's world -- who has been putting on a face and is lying completely to everyone about his origins and motivations. Soundwave has mostly fallen for the act, warming up to Rod completely and becoming his friend, although perhaps quite foolishly on his end.

Optimus Prime [shattered glass] - Bad, bad, BAD news. Optimus not only terrifies and angers Soundwave, but he does feel a somewhat personal grudge. Not only for the war, for the pain he's caused others and his friends, but also because Optimus had kidnapped and killed Rumble. Soundwave would gladly do what it takes to take down Optimus Prime permanently.

Jetfire [idw: transformers] - Nice guy! His color scheme reminds him of Starscream. Kind of a big friendly scientist type. Soundwave would like to get to know him better.

Elita-1 [transformers: animated] - Nice lookin' and nice actin' babe. She's smart, but also has a sense of fun. Soundwave is pretty into her.
